My name is Rachel.
I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in sports nutrition and general wellness. I built my practice, RTRD, with the purpose of helping my clients in a way I genuinely believe in, versus following a template made by someone else. Every individual has unique needs and therefore requires an individualized approach to nutrition. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve optimal health, well-being and athletic performance through the power of food. Sometimes navigating food and eating behaviors can be challenging, no doubt. That's where I come in- to guide you with a personalized nutrition plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
